The Umoja Community teamed up with Educational Student Tours, Inc. to provide Umoja program students the opportunity to visit a number of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The HBCU Tour is scheduled to visit nine HBCU campuses during the week of March 28- April 2, 2010. In addition, Umoja Community program faculty and staff will begin to develop articulation agreements and transfer admission agreements with California community colleges.
