UMOJA (a Kiswahili word meaning unity) is a community and critical resource dedicated to enhancing the cultural and educational experiences of African American and other students.
It is a year-long program designed to facilitate a smooth transition from college and successfully transfer to a four-year university using a holistic approach to reach each student through mind, body and spirit.
