Thank you for your continued participation in the Village Demands dialogues. Collectively, we have an opportunity to chart the course for the future of Black students, staff, and faculty in California. We are making powerful strides towards demanding equity, support, and legislative action. Let’s keep up the momentum for change!

The response from our initial meetings was powerful. Your voice is needed and valued as we develop our strategic focus throughout the coming months! We plan to reconvene on October 14, 2020, 12-1:30 p.m

At our next convening, our special guest will be Dr. Angelo Williams, chief of staff for Assemblymember Mike A. Gipson. Dr. Williams will share updates on current issues and concerns in higher education.
