2022 UMOJA CONFERENCE XVIII - CALL FOR CONFERENCE PROPOSALS

The Umoja XVII Conference is currently accepting proposals for workshops that further Umoja’s mission of enhancing the cultural and educational experiences of African American and other students.  The Umoja conference convenes diverse attendees of community college and higher education students, practitioners, and community members who seek to uplift student professional development as well as effective academic, counseling, and cultural practices that is responsive to the legacy of the African diaspora.

Proposals are due by 11:59 pm on Friday, October 7, 2022. Find proposal criteria, a submission guide, information about strand topics, key dates, and a link to submit your proposal on the Call For Proposal web page. We encourage and welcome proposals from Umoja Students, Coordinators, Faculty, and Community members at large.
